One expression of that commitment is our support for MA Learning Institute — an initiative being developed in rural Bangladesh to create access to vocational skills, learning and pathways towards greater economic independence for women and girls.

Challenge for Ma is an emerging Trailblazer team-development experience bringing together leadership, collaboration, personal challenge and social impact.
Teams take on a shared challenge while developing relationships, testing leadership behaviours and reflecting on how they work together.
Their challenge can also raise funds to create education, skills and economic opportunities for women and girls through MA Learning Institute in rural Bangladesh.
